Step 1: Cook chicken covered in water, and add seasonings, cook for 60 minutes.
Step 2: Cook until chicken is coming off the bone.

Step 5: Debone and skin chicken, and chop into bite sized pieces
Step 6: In stock pot, heat butter and cook onions until opaque.
Step 7: Add stock, chicken, parsley and carrots.
Step 8: Simmer 30 minutes.
Step 9: Add salt TO TASTE and pepper.
Step 10: Add pasta and dill, simmer for 30 minutes more, adding water as needed.
