  • 2 bay leaves

  • Soup
  • 4 cups onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 carrots, sliced in coins
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
  • 1/2 cup dill weed, fresh, minced
  • 16 ounces dry bowtie pasta

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook chicken covered in water, and add seasonings, cook for 60 minutes.

  • Step 2: Cook until chicken is coming off the bone.
