  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or broth)
  • 6 bread buns (grainy buns, torn)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded (of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onion in butter, add garlic and cook for a few minutes and set aside.

  • Step 4: Add the onion mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well.
