Step 1: Cook the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
Step 2: Cook until browned, drain if needed.
Step 3: Add garlic and seasoning to taste.
Step 4: Add rice, stir around a minute or so and add water and peas (some folks drain them, I don't)
Step 5: Cover.
Step 6: Simmer flr 20 minutes covered.
Step 7: Let set covered 5 minutes off the heat.
Step 8: Season to taste.
