  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Step 1: Whip cream.

  • Step 2: Peel carrots and shred with a coarse shredder into mixing bowl.

  • Step 5: Carefully fold in whipped cream.
