Step 1: Brown chops in oil with onion till browned.
Step 2: Drain and return to pan.
Step 3: Top with vegetables.
Step 4: Mix soup with water, salt and thyme.
Step 5: Pour over vegetables.
Step 6: Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium low.
Step 7: Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
