Step 1: Melt butter in large saucepan.
Step 2: Add beans and onions.
Step 3: Sauté until onion is clear.
Step 4: Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add milk, water and chicken bouillon.
Step 6: Stir and cook until thickened.
Step 7: Crumble corned beef into bean-milk mixture and simmer until beans are cooked.
Step 8: Add cheese off heat and allow to melt.
Step 9: Stir to combine.
Step 10: Season to taste.
Step 11: Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
