  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 7 ounces white rice, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, dried

  • Step 5: Season to taste.
