Step 1: Saute butter and garlic.
Step 2: Add turmeric powder, water and rice and dried herbs.
Step 3: Cover and simmer on low or cook in rice cooker until done, 20 minutes.
Step 4: Take off heat leaving covered for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Season to taste.
