Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) tuna , packed in water
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese, (we prefer sharp cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, no fat type
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 large French rolls
  • Foil for wrapping

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350f degrees. Stir together,until well blended, all ingredients except the rolls; set aside.

  • Step 2: Slice about 1 inch off the end of each roll. Carefully scoop out the center of the rolls and discard. Spoon half of the tuna mixture into each of the rolls.

  • Step 3: Wrap filled rolls in foil and bake for 30 minutes in a 350f degree oven. Serve hot or cold.
