Step 1: Lay tortillas flat and divide tuna between them scattering it across the surfaces.
Step 2: Spoon salsa and jalapeno slices over the tuna.
Step 3: Sprinkle cheese over the top of everything.
Step 4: Fold in half and cook in Foreman grill for 3-4 minutes, or on the stove top in a frying pan, browning both sides until cheese is melted.
Step 5: Let sit a couple of minutes, and cut each quesadilla in half to make triangle wedges.
Step 6: Dip in sour cream, if desired. Enjoy!
