Step 1: In 2-qt saucepan place carrots, add enough water to cover.
Step 2: Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp.
Step 3: Bring carrots to a full boil.
Step 4: Cook over medium heat until carrots are crisply tender 12 minutes.
Step 5: Drain and return to pan.
Step 6: Add remaining ingredients.
Step 7: Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until heated through.
