Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In medium bowl, combine maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper, if using. Stir in nuts until well coated.
Step 3: On prepared baking sheet spread mixture in single layer. Bake 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until nuts are golden brown.
Step 4: Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet. Serve, storing leftover in an airtight container.
