Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cups raw almonds (unsalted)
  • 2 1/2 cups pecan halves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2: In medium bowl, combine maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper, if using. Stir in nuts until well coated.

  • Step 3: On prepared baking sheet spread mixture in single layer. Bake 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until nuts are golden brown.

  • Step 4: Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet. Serve, storing leftover in an airtight container.
