Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a saucepan, bring 6 cups salted water to boil.
Step 3: Add macaroni and cook till barely tender, drain well.
Step 4: Precook bacon lightly.
Step 5: In a medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni, milk, cream, parmesan, 4 ounces Swiss cheese, cooked bacon, nutmeg, salt and pepper, seasoning to taste.
Step 6: Place mixture in a shallow Pam sprayed baking dish.
Step 7: Top with Swiss cheese.
Step 8: Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 9: Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
