Step 1: Heat water in small saucepan.
Step 2: Add cinnamon candies and stir until candies are dissolved.
Step 3: Remove from heat and add Jello, stirring until dissolved.
Step 4: Stir in applesauce.
Step 5: Pour half of Jello mixture into a mold or small to medium-sized casserole and refrigerate until firm.
Step 6: Leave the rest out on counter.
Step 7: Blend together cream cheese, Miracle Whip, celery and walnuts.
Step 8: When the refrigerated Jello is firm, carefully dollop cream cheese mix over Jello and smooth the top.
Step 9: Pour the reserved unrefrigerated half of Jello (may need to reheat a little) mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Step 10: Chill until firm.
