  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced (1/4 cup)
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Peel slice and boil carrots until almost done, then drain.

  • Step 3: Melt butter, add all dry ingredients in saucepan.

  • Step 5: Then cook on medium-low, stirring until thick and bubbly.

  • Step 6: Stir in cheese and melt.

  • Step 7: Combine mix with carrots.

  • Step 8: Put in Pam sprayed casserole dish.

  • Step 9: Cover with French fried onions.

  • Step 10: Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
