Step 3: Add biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vegetable oil to pumpkin mix.
Step 4: Mix until blended.
Step 5: Fold beaten eggs into pumpkin mix.
Step 6: Drop stiff batter by tablespoons onto a hot, greased griddle.
Step 7: When puffed and browned, turn and cook on the other side.
Step 8: Serve with warm maple syrup.
