How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F .

  • Step 2: Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, seasoning mix, and Worcestershire sauce together in a medium mixing bowl.

  • Step 3: Divide the mixture in half and roll each one with your hands to form a log, tapered on the ends.

  • Step 4: Open a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing lengthwise with a sharp knife, cut as deep as you can without separating the meat completely. Open and stuff one cream cheese log into each of the pockets.

  • Step 5: Use toothpicks to hold the breast meat in place. Combine the salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.

  • Step 6: Spray the chicken skin with pam

  • Step 7: Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.

  • Step 8: Arrange the stuffed chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

  • Step 9: Cook for 40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (they said 35 minutes ,no just no for me but you check). Prick chicken and if juice runs clear it's cooked.

  • Step 10: Tent breast with foil and let rest 5 minutes out of oven and cut in half to serve.
