  • 2 carrots, chopped thin (large carrots)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed (large cloves)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the potatoes, carrots, bay leaves and crushed garlic in a large pot and cover with water.

  • Step 4: Add butter, milk, salt and pepper and mash to desired consistency.
