  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, honey , grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the teriyaki sauce.

  • Step 3: In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

  • Step 4: Place the snap peas and mushrooms in the air fryer basket.

  • Step 5: Pour the teriyaki sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.

  • Step 6: Cook the snap peas and mushrooms in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • Step 7: Once the vegetables are crisp-tender, remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.

  • Step 8: Pour the cornstarch slurry into the remaining teriyaki sauce and whisk until thickened.

  • Step 9: Drizzle the thickened teriyaki sauce over the snap peas and mushrooms, and sprinkle with sesame seeds minced green onions.
