Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 15 ounces ranch style beans with jalapenos, undrained (1 can)
  • 10 ounces flour tortillas (10)
  • Sauce
  • 10 ounces can tomato soup (1 can)
  • 1/3 cups water
  • Topping
  • 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced (4 ounces)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onions.

  • Step 2: Add the beans and mix with the ground beef.

  • Step 3: Cook until hot mashing beans a bit.

  • Step 4: Warm tortillas in microwave a couple seconds until warm.

  • Step 5: Put a small amount of the meat and bean mix in the tortilla and fold it in 1/3's.

  • Step 6: Place in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole pan.

  • Step 7: Do this until the meat and beans mixture are gone.

  • Step 8: Mix tomato soup with 1/3 cup of water rinsing out can and pour over tacos.

  • Step 9: Cover with Velveeta and bake at 400F until cheese is melted, 30 minutes.
