Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Last 3 minutes add spinach.
Step 3: Drain saving 1/4 cup water.
Step 4: Sauce: add lemon juice all over cut mushrooms.
Step 5: Heat butter and add mushrooms, cook until light brown, season lightly.
Step 6: Add garlic and wine, and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 7: Add pasta water and cream.
Step 8: Simmer, don't boil.
Step 9: Add pasta and cook until tight.
Step 10: Season to taste.
Step 11: Add parmesan and toss.
Step 12: Cracked black pepper, to taste
