Step 1: Heat the oil in a stock pot over medium heat.
Step 2: And the onion, bell pepper, garlic and dry seasonings.
Step 3: Cook down for 8 minutes, or until the veggies are softened, stirring frequently.
Step 4: Pour in the broth, salsa verde and lentils.
Step 5: Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are soft but not mushy adding water as needed.
Step 6: Add the cilantro & lime juice, seasoning to taste.
