  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Dry
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Apple
  • 3 cups apples, grated
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips (1 package)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Butter and Pam spray 9x13 casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Mix wet ingredients together.

  • Step 4: In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together.

  • Step 5: Add to wet ingredients.

  • Step 6: Mix batter, it will be stiff.

  • Step 7: Add apples.

  • Step 8: Pour into pan, sprinkle top with chips (could mix some in with apples).

  • Step 9: Bake 60 minutes until done (check sooner).
