  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Topping
  • 12 ounces tomato juice
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 3: Grease 9 x9 pan.

  • Step 4: Sauce: Cook hamburger and onions.

  • Step 5: Season to taste, and break hamburger up into small pieces.

  • Step 6: Drain if needed.

  • Step 7: Add layer of cooked drained macaroni.

  • Step 11: Top with cheese.

  • Step 12: Bake 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
