Step 2: Whisk the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic cloves together; setting aside half of it for a second glazing.
Step 3: Season the pork chops with salt.
Step 4: Grill the chops for about 5 minutes uncovered.
Step 5: Turn the chops over and brush with half of the glaze; cooking for another 3-5 minutes (or until an instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F.)
Step 6: Using a clean basting brush, baste the chops with the reserved glaze.
