Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, dried
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) fat-free beef broth (Campbell's is good, I use equivalent amounts of water and use Herb Ox brand sodium free dry beef packets, with great results)
  • 1 cup water (or dry white wine)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix (French Onion soup mix)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, and pour in your fondue pot.

  • Step 2: Simmer for 1 hour to blend flavors.

  • Step 3: When you are just about ready to eat, bring the broth to a boil.

  • Step 4: Dip your favorite meats, seafood, chicken and veggies in the fondue to cook.
