Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease twelve 2-2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
Step 3: Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda cinnamon and salt into large bowl.
Step 4: Beat egg, sour cream and milk in a second bowl to blend well.
Step 5: Stir this sour cream mixture into flour mixture only until just blended.
Step 6: Batter will be stiff.
Step 7: Fold in raisins as you stir.
Step 8: Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan cups.
Step 9: Fill each nearly to top.
Step 10: Bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown and sharp knife inserted in muffin comes out clean.
Step 11: Makes 12 muffins.
