  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water.
