Step 1: In small saucepan, combine catsup, corn syrup, minced onions, garlic, vinegar, oregano, pepper, mustard and horseradish. Cook until mixture comes to boil. Cook 5 minutes more. Remove saucepan from heat; cool.
Step 2: Pre-heat oven to 375-degrees F.
Step 3: Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Measure 3/4 cup of the sauce and set aside. Rub 1/4 cup of remaining sauce over inside of chicken cavity. Brush additional 1/4 cup of remaining sauce over chicken.
Step 4: Place in roasting pan and cover. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until thermometer inserted in thigh registers 180-degrees F. Brush chicken with additional sauce after 1 hour and again 15 minutes before chicken is done. Bring reserved sauce to a boil and serve with chicken.
