Step 2: Pour the lime juice over the sliced avocado to prevent discoloration.
Step 3: Line serving platter with the lettuce leaves. Mound shredded jicama (or substitutes noted in list of ingredients). Arrange avocado and orange slices around jicama, slightly overlapping and then top with olives.
Step 4: Drizzle half the avocado dressing over the salad and serve remaining dressing on the side.
