  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces polish sausage, thinly sliced coins
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the green beans in heavily salted boiling water.

  • Step 2: Drain, saving 1/2 cup water.

  • Step 3: In wok, heat oil.

  • Step 4: Add onions and sausage cook until translucent.

  • Step 5: Add garlic, green beans and green bean water

  • Step 6: Add soy sauce to taste, add less, you can always add more.

  • Step 7: Cook until water is gone.

  • Step 8: Season to taste.

  • Step 9: Add sesame oil and heat through.
