Step 1: Heat the pan with butter and oil.
Step 2: Add onions.
Step 3: Season lightly with garlic salt.
Step 4: Cook until lightly browned.
Step 5: Remove and brown spam on both side.
Step 6: Remove to onion plate that you are keeping warm.
Step 7: If you want to drain most of oil you can.
Step 8: Add eggs and scramble, seasoning lightly with garlic salt to taste.
Step 9: Add scrambled eggs in center of plate spam on either side smoked fish, upper end of plate, and add onions on the bottom; tomatoes were in a bowl as well as the steamed rice.
