Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces spam, cut into 8 steaks (1 can)
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • Garnish
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 ounces smoked sardines (1 can)
  • 14 ounces cooked white rice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the pan with butter and oil.

  • Step 2: Add onions.

  • Step 3: Season lightly with garlic salt.

  • Step 4: Cook until lightly browned.

  • Step 5: Remove and brown spam on both side.

  • Step 6: Remove to onion plate that you are keeping warm.

  • Step 7: If you want to drain most of oil you can.

  • Step 8: Add eggs and scramble, seasoning lightly with garlic salt to taste.

  • Step 9: Add scrambled eggs in center of plate spam on either side smoked fish, upper end of plate, and add onions on the bottom; tomatoes were in a bowl as well as the steamed rice.
