Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon jalapenos, sliced thin
  • 4 ounces crab (imitation)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place a frying pan on medium heat.

  • Step 2: Once the frying pan is hot, add-in the sesame oil.

  • Step 3: Add in crab meat, jalapeno pepper and green onions.

  • Step 4: Cook until hot and peppers are tender.

  • Step 5: Then crack in 3 eggs.

  • Step 6: Use your chopsticks and carefully scramble only the egg whites, be careful not to pop the egg yolks!

  • Step 7: Once the egg whites are scrambled, turn off the heat.

  • Step 8: Then measure soy sauce (3/4 tablespoon) and place it around the pan.

  • Step 9: Now poke the yolks with your chopstick and quickly mix it into the sizzling soy sauce.

  • Step 10: Give the yolks about 10 seconds to cook in the residual heat & sauce.
