Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, light
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash lemon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Over medium heat heat a skillet and then add the garlic to the skillet; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender, stirring occasionally; cool slightly. Squeeze garlic from the skins into bowl of mini food processor; discard skins. Puree until smooth.

  • Step 2: In a bowl whisk together the remainder of the ingredients (yogurt - pepper). Whisk in the garlic.

  • Step 3: Serve with vegetables.
