Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Rosemary Lemon Marinade
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary (if using fresh rosemary, add 1 tablespoon, minced)
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon dried sage (if using fresh sage, add 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons, minced)
  • 4 - 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon peel, grated from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chops
  • 1 - 2 1/2 pounds pork chops (to equal 2-4 chops)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.

  • Step 2: Pour over pork chops. Let marinate for a minimum of 3 hours, better if marinated longer.

  • Step 3: Prepare outdoor grill place pork chops on hot grill and leave alone (5-6 minutes - more or less depending on how thick they are) until they release from the grill grate with little effort. Use tongs and turn pork chops 1/4 turn to create cross grill marks. Flip pork chops and grill 2nd side for 2-3 minutes more, to sear and they are done when internal temperature is 140-degrees F. BE CAREFUL not to overcook, to prevent from drying out.

  • Step 4: Remove pork chops from grill and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
