Step 1: Cook rice and raisins in salted water in a rice cooker.
Step 2: Meanwhile, saute the onions and almonds in the butter until lightly browned.
Step 3: Add the cinnamon to the butter.
Step 4: Add mixture to the cooked rice.
Step 5: Combine all in buttered pan covered casserole and bake in 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour.
