Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 12 green onions
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash the green onions and cut off the very ends (both ends).

  • Step 2: Roughly chop and put into a food processor.

  • Step 3: Pulse until finely chopped and remove.

  • Step 4: Roughly chop 1 bunch cilantro and pulse it in the food processor until finely chopped.

  • Step 5: Get spices ready, do it to taste.

  • Step 6: Meanwhile, put the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. When the heat is hot, add the green onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add the cilantro and spinach to the frying pan and stir for a minute until everything is well mixed.

  • Step 8: Add all the spices and stir again.

  • Step 9: Add the water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Check to see if the spinach is very tender, if not, recover and cook 5 more minutes.

  • Step 10: Remove cover and continue to cook over medium heat until all of the liquid has evaporated.
