Step 1: Add potatoes and green beans to large stock pot with water, and seasoning to taste.
Step 2: Cook 30 minutes.
Step 3: Mix milk and seasonings, making sure to rinse out can with water adding it to pot.
Step 4: Simmer 20 minutes more.
Step 5: Mix flour in sour cream and add to soup. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened. Don't boil at this point.
Step 6: Season to taste.
