  • 2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup coffee, warm
  • 2/3 cup oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Mix dry ingredients with a whisk in a large bowl well.

  • Step 3: Add beaten eggs and milk and mix well.

  • Step 5: Pour into a 9 x 13 pan that has been greased and floured.

  • Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
