Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 100 grams cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 120 ml cream (1/2 cup)
  • 1/8 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or ghee

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat frypan to medium heat and add butter and cook mushrooms for 8-10 mins or until browned and then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until aromatic, add the dry sherry, mustard and cream and bring to a simmer.

  • Step 2: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly, season and stir in parsley.
