Step 1: Heat margarine and cook garlic until fragrant.

Step 3: Add to rice cooker and add rest of ingredients.
Step 4: Cook 20 minutes until rice cooker is done.
Step 5: Remove cardamom and cloves.
Step 6: Fluff and season to taste.
