  • 15 ounces artichoke hearts, drained (1 can)
  • 3 - 6 green olives, pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients with the exception of the olive oil, to a food processor and pulse until combined.

  • Step 2: Slowly pulse in olive oil, adding additional olive oil as needed to reach desired consistency.

  • Step 3: Taste for salt level and adjust if needed - the olives may make it salty enough without extra salt added.
