Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain, saving 1/4 cup water.
Step 3: Brown meat with onions and celery.
Step 4: Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Step 5: Stir in soups.
Step 6: Rinse out cans with pasta water.
Step 7: Pour in drained noodles and stir; pour into greased Pam sprayed casserole.
Step 8: Cover.
Step 9: Bake for 25 minutes.
