The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (4)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
  • 14 ounces jellied cranberry sauce (1 can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown lightly seasoned chicken breast in butter.

  • Step 2: Remove chicken breast from pan.

  • Step 3: Saute green pepper and minced onion.

  • Step 4: Add vermouth and cranberry sauce.

  • Step 5: Cook on high 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: Return chicken to pan.

  • Step 7: Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, turning chicken and occasionally stirring.
