Step 1: Heat butter in pan, add bell pepper, pineapple and ham; cook until lightly browned.
Step 2: Beat eggs and season to taste.
Step 3: Remove pineapple mixture from pan and set aside.
Step 4: Pour in eggs, put meat mixture on one side and add cheese on top.
Step 5: Flip lid.
Step 6: Cover and cook until cheese melts.
Step 7: Plate.
