Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (4)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent msg seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Sauce
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces cream of asparagus soup (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces asparagus, drained (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray pan 9x9 with Pam.

  • Step 3: Season the breasts with salt, pepper, Accent and garlic salt to taste and lay in pan.

  • Step 4: Make a sauce of sour cream, undiluted asparagus soup and mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Put 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken, then half of the grated Parmesan cheese, the asparagus and the rest of the sauce and top with the rest of the cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees covered for approximately 60 minutes, until chicken is done. Uncover the last 10 minutes of cooking.

  • Step 7: They added more water to the chicken breasts now than they did back then. Hopefully won't be soupy.
