Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: To make the filling: in a bowl combine first 4 ingredients (-salt) and then add the peaches, blueberries and juice. Spoon into an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3: To make the topping: In a bowl whisk together the the dry ingredients (flour - salt) and then cut in the butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal and then stir in the buttermilk.
Step 4: Remove pan from oven and drop the dough onto the peach/blueberry mixture to form 8 rounds. Sprinkle with the turbinado sugar and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
