Step 5: Cook until wilted, then add lemon juice.
Step 6: Add reserved pasta water and dried herbs.
Step 7: Cook until tight.
Step 8: Add Parmesan to the skillet and remove from heat.
Step 9: Break off pieces of goat cheese and place in the skillet.
Step 10: Gently toss to combine with pasta.
Step 11: Season to taste.
