Step 2: 2. Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan. Put in the chilli and capers. Stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the capers warm up, and the chilli turns golden.
Step 3: 3. Then, add the lemon rind and cook for another minute. Stir continuously. Finally, add the lemon juice and let it simmer.
Step 4: 4. Place the halloumi and lettuce on a serving plate. Pour the hot lemon mixture over them. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve right away.
