  • Onions
  • 1 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Broth
  • 6 cups water
  • 7 ounces dry white rice (1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine seasoning in meat and add mint, combine.

  • Step 2: Make marble sized meatballs.

  • Step 6: Brown the meatballs with the onions and add water, herbs and rice.
