Step 1: Combine seasoning in meat and add mint, combine.
Step 2: Make marble sized meatballs.
Step 3: Onions: Saute onions in butter and oil in stock pot.
Step 4: Seasoning lightly.
Step 5: Cook until translucent.
Step 6: Brown the meatballs with the onions and add water, herbs and rice.
Step 7: Bring to a boil.
Step 8: Cover and let simmer 30 minutes.
Step 9: Season to taste.
