Step 1: In a Dutch oven cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is browned (about 10-12 minutes) drain. Add in garlic and chili flakes; cook 2 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in the flour, bouillon, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add in light cream or milk and Parmesan cheese bring to a boil. Cook and stir constantly until thickened (about 3 minutes).
Step 3: Mix in the cheese slices until melted. Season with seasoned salt to taste. Spoon the gravy mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
